This is the same rolling route we have been doing. There are 2 great segments on Flatwoods and North Lamar for intervals. Please carry plenty of hydration. We have rest stops available at Love's at the intersection of 840 and Couchville (Mile 17.3) and Lacy's at the intersection of Couchville and Fellowship (Mile 24.5).
As with all our rides, we will cancel if severe weather is imminent or it is raining at the start time. Please check to see if a ride has been canceled before you head out.
