Each year, one thousand fellow Tennesseans are lost in preventable fatal crashes: "Traffic Deaths & Serious Injuries are Preventable."
We hope you will join us for the annual World Day of Remembrance for road traffic victims at the Tennessee State Capitol - North Grounds. This year's event is Sunday, November 17, at 2:00 p.m. We will plant 1,000 flags at the capitol grounds to memorialize this year's crash victims and hear from victims' families.
We ask that you RSVP if you are able to attend and you share the attached graphic with your friends and family, and especially anyone affected by traffic violence. We also ask that attendees wear yellow in remembrance of victims. Together, we can make our state's streets safer for all.
