This Monday we will be working on Road Riding Skills with A.J. Haney. A.J. formed The Domestiques Cycling Club in Nashville. The club has been instrumental in training riders to navigate the city streets of Nashville. As Wilson Co. continues to grow, these skills are essential to keep us safe and visible to motorists.
Join us on Mondays at Charlie Daniels' Park for a casual, social ride that includes the Cedar Creek Greenway, the Jackson Hills Greenway, Golden Bear Gateway, Athletes Way Greenway and for the adventurous, the warehouse complex off Golden Bear Gateway. New cyclists are encouraged to join in on the fun and ride with experienced cyclists at a comfortable pace.
Pace: 12-16 MPH
Helmets are required. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
